However, due to the personal nature of fragrance and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product, we’re happy to help with a replacement. Claims for breakages must be made within 3 days of delivery, as we cannot verify damage reported after this period.
To initiate a replacement for a damaged product, please email info@dupesandco.com.au with your name, order number, and images of the issue.
Once we receive images of the issue, damage, or missing products, we will assess, and then send you a replacement order - your satisfaction is our priority.
Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that we make all products in house so some orders may arrive later than usual.
If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
If a product you want is out of stock, please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line. We will send you a notifications when they are back in stock!
